Building Manitoba relationships for over a decade
Guided by Brody Leathwood and Richard Maxwell’s combined construction experience, U Build was founded from a long working friendship and a shared goal: create a company where owners remain involved and informed throughout the build.
The division continues to invest in technology, quality improvement, and practical systems that help commercial and public clients protect their schedule and budget.
